We understand that circumstances can change and want to do our best to accommodate your needs while also being respectful of our clinicians' time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please reschedule your appointment directly within the Innerwell portal at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment start time.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 “late cancellation” fee. Should you miss an appointment without providing proper notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 “no show” fee.
