You can reschedule any appointment more than 48 hours in advance directly in the Innerwell portal. See below a screenshot of how to do so.
If you are having any issues or need to reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, please reach out tocare@helloinnerwell.com. Please note, any appointment rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a $100 “late cancellation” fee.
