What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We understand that circumstances can change and want to do our best to accommodate your needs while also being respectful of our clinicians' time.

• If you are not going to be able to attend your appointment at the scheduled time, please reschedule 48 hours in advance.
• If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.
• Should you miss an appointment without providing proper notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
