If you are on a payment plan for your treatment and your payment fails, you will receive an email from us requesting that you update your card information to resolve your outstanding balance. Once the card details have been updated, please inform us at care@helloinnerwell.com so we can take measures to continue your care.
Clients who have had an outstanding balance with Innerwell for more than four weeks may automatically be canceled or discontinued, and are not eligible for a refund.
