How does the billing process relate to care delivered?

For the 8 Dose Foundation Plan and the 24 Dose Extended Plan, there are two billing options:

1. Payment in full at the outset with a discount, or
2. Pay over three months

If you select the three month payment plan, please note that this occurs on a timeline that is separate from your treatment plan timeline. Once you have made your third and final payment, you have paid in full, and you will still get access to services that you haven’t yet received. For example, once you’ve paid in full, if you still have appointments that need to be scheduled or medicine that needs to be shipped to you, you’ll still get everything included in your care plan. 

For all payment plans, you have the flexibility to complete your program at a schedule that works for you, which may extend beyond the billing period. In other words, f you are still in the middle of your care plan once your payments are complete, you will not continue to be charged, and you will still have access to the Innerwell Portal.
