How quickly will my treatment begin after payment?

Once you purchase a plan, you will gain instant access to the Innerwell Patient Portal, where you can begin our patient onboarding.

• During onboarding, you will answer a series of questions about your physical and mental health history. This process usually takes about 20 minutes. Once you complete onboarding, you will be able to browse available Innerwell clinicians, choose who you'd like to work with, and schedule your first appointment.
• Most patients will be able to schedule their first appointment within 3-5 business days, depending on clinician availability. During this appointment, your psychiatric clinician will work with you to understand if ketamine treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
• If you are accepted into an Innerwell care plan, you will be sent your first two ketamine doses. This can take between 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located within the United States.
