Patients should first talk to their clinician(s) about the decision to pause treatment. You can reach your clinician(s) via the Support tab in the Innerwell Portal.
After discussing with the clinician, you can contact Member Support at care@helloinnerwell.com or via the Innerwell Portal and let us know about the decision to pause treatment.
Please note that if you are a patient participating in one of ketamine care programs, you can generally take a break from treatment for up to 30 days (from your last appointment) without interruption. When you're ready to start treatment again, you can contact us and continue care from where you left off. If you require a break from treatment for more than 30 days, you may need to purchase an additional Medical Check-in appointment with your Psychiatric Clinician to determine ongoing clinical suitability for treatment.
