We understand that circumstances can change and want to do our best to accommodate your needs while also being respectful of our clinicians' time. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our clinicians, please keep the following in mind regarding appointment timing:

Rescheduling: If you can't attend at the scheduled time, please reschedule as soon as possible.

Late Arrival: If you are late, our clinicians may attempt to contact you via phone and it may be from a private or blocked number. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and/or your clinician is unable to contact you, you may be charged a $100 no-show fee.

Technical Difficulties: If you experience technical difficulties while joining your appointment, please email care@helloinnerwell.com and include the word 'Urgent' in the subject line. We will attempt reach out to your clinician to give them a heads-up.
