What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while respecting our clinicians' time.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments without at least 48 hours' notice will result in a $100 no-show fee.
