Do you offer refunds if I discontinue my care with Innerwell?

If you decide to discontinue your participation in an Innerwell care program, your request for a refund must be approved by an Innerwell team member. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for prescription medication or for patients who do not adhere to Innerwell's treatment protocol.

If you choose to cancel your program, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, in accordance with Innerwell's Terms of Use. All cancellation and refund requests should be sent directly through your Innerwell Portal.
