This can happen if you are paying for services on a monthly payment plan, which may not precisely align with your treatment timeline.

If you elect to to pay out-of-pocket via our Self-Pay option:
We offer monthly payment plans for certain services, such as our ketamine care programs, as part of our commitment to improving accessibility to behavioral health services. These plans are designed to provide flexibility, enabling you to proceed with your program at your own pace, even if it extends beyond the billing period.
In the case of a three-month payment plan, you'll be billed monthly, even if you have not scheduled your Medical Consult. It's important to note that once you complete your third and final payment, you've paid in full. This means you'll continue to receive access to all services included in your care program, even if some appointments or medication shipments are pending. In simpler terms, if you're still in the middle of your care program after completing payments, you won't incur additional charges, and you'll retain access to the Innerwell Portal.
