There are a variety of ketamine administration methods, including intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), intranasal, and oral. At Innerwell, we use an oral rapid dissolve tablet (RDT) which allows you to easily and safely self-administer ketamine at-home.
When it's time for your medicine experience, simply place the rapid dissolve tablet(s) in your mouth; they will turn into a liquid in a few seconds. We ask that you hold this liquid in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. Once complete, you can slip your eye mask on, lie back, and you should feel the effects of the medication begin within minutes.
