Do I receive a refund if I am not a fit for ketamine treatment?

Upon purchasing your ketamine care program, you'll gain access to your Innerwell Portal, enabling you to complete our patient onboarding process and schedule your Medical Consult. During this session, your Psychiatric Clinician will assess whether ketamine treatment aligns with your unique needs. If we are unable to accept you into our care, you will receive a full refund* if you are paying out-of-pocket via our Self-Pay option. For those paying in conjunction with insurance, a claim will be submitted for your Medical Consult, and you'll receive a full refund for Non-Covered Services costs.
