Yes! Our list of accepted insurance providers can be found here.

We are committed to making behavioral health services accessible to everyone. To further this commitment, we are actively working on expanding our list of accepted insurance providers.

In the meantime, cash pay patients will be emailed a superbill for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement following each completed appointment. Please note that non-covered services, such as your prescription medication and the digital tools and services available in your patient portal, are not eligible for reimbursement and will not be reflected in your superbills.

If you’d like to check with your insurance payer about the possibility of OON reimbursement, here are the most common billing codes that Innerwell uses:

• 99204: Psychiatric Medical Consult
• 99214: Psychiatric Follow-up Appointment
• 90791: Psychotherapy Medical Consult
• 90834: Psychotherapy Follow-up Appointment
• 90837: Psychotherapy Supervised Dosing Session
