Do you accept insurance for this treatment?

This treatment is not currently covered by insurance. However, upon request, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out of network reimbursement.

• 99204: psychiatric medical intake
• 99214: psychiatric follow up appointments 
• 90791: therapeutic intake
• 90834: psychotherapy follow up appointments
