Our goal is to empower your clinicians to finetune your treatment, while offering you a clear view of the progress you're making toward your goals.
When you elect our Self-Pay option:
- The cost of your treatment program already includes the costs associated with our digital health tools and concierge support from Innerwell’s care team.
- You will receive a receipt immediately upon purchase, and you will be billed on the payment schedule reflected on this receipt.
If your insurance plan is covered and you choose to pay for services alongside your insurance provider, the costs are divided into Non-Covered Services and Covered Services:
- Non-Covered Services refer to services that are not covered under most insurance plans and/or services that will not be automatically filed with your insurance plan, like the digital tools and services meant to enhance your healthcare experience and your prescription medication. You will receive a receipt for Non-Covered Services immediately upon purchase, and you will be billed on the payment schedule reflected on this receipt.*
- Covered Services refer to services that are covered under your insurance plan and that we will automatically file with your insurance plan.** You will be automatically billed for these services once they are completed.
*Please be aware that payment for Non-Covered Services is a prerequisite for participating in one of our ketamine programs. However, payment for Non-Covered Services is not prerequisite for access to clinical appointments. Contact care@helloinnerwell.com to understand your options for accessing medical services with Innerwell without payment of Non-Covered Services.
**Please note that we will not automatically file your medication with your insurance plan to assess coverage. However, all non-ketamine medication can be sent to your local pharmacy instead of our compounding pharmacy partner if you would like them to assess your insurance coverage.

How much more money do i owe to continue treatment?
My insurance is a premium plan and given that i have failed literally every class of antidepressants they should cover this ketamine treatment. However you all would have to do a pert to peer call. Eill you all do that, because if not I will end up paying way more than i should
