We’re so excited to be able to offer insurance coverage to our patients. To check if your plan is covered, please reach out to us at care@helloinnerwell.com and attach clear images of the front and back of your insurance card. We will review your eligibility and get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note: if you are covered, we will only be able to process claims for any appointments completed after 12/11/2023 at the earliest, depending on when Innerwell became an in-network provider with your particular insurance provider. Appointments completed before this date may be reimbursable by your insurance via out-of-network (OON) coverage.
