How can I transition from the Self-Pay option to paying with insurance?

If you decide to transition from paying out-of-pocket to using insurance, please provide photos of the front and back of your insurance card directly through your Innerwell Portal.

Once your insurance eligibility is verified, we'll work closely to ensure your account and billing are seamlessly aligned to process future appointments with your insurance. If applicable, we'll collaborate with you to credit any past out-of-pocket payments towards your insurance-Covered and Non-Covered services.
