What are my financial responsibilities as a patient?

When you start treatment at Innerwell, you agree that you are responsible for the payment of your treatment. Failure to pay may result in interruption of your care and/or service termination.

If your insurance plan is covered and you elect to pay for services in conjunction with your insurance provider, you agree to be responsible for the payment of your treatment, including any out-of-pocket healthcare costs. This may include deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and costs associated with Non-Covered Services.
