At Innerwell, we handle billing based on the information provided by your insurance provider's system. Depending on the benefits and coverage outlined in your plan, you may be responsible for paying a copay or coinsurance, or towards your plan’s remaining deductible.
Once your insurance plan has finished processing your claim, if they indicate that your cost is less than the amount we charged you, we will refund the overpayment to your original form of payment, or apply it towards your next payment.
Please be advised that claims processing may take up to 30 days. Once you receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for the appointment, feel free to share it with us at care@helloinnerwell.com and we can assess whether a refund for overpayment is necessary.
