How quickly will my treatment begin after payment?

Your onboarding starts right away, and most patients complete their first at-home ketamine session within 1 to 2 weeks of signing up. Here is the step-by-step breakdown of the process:

• Step 1: Digital Onboarding (Immediate)
  You will get instant access to the Innerwell Portal to share your physical and mental health history. This form typically takes about 20 minutes to complete.
   
• Step 2: Medical Consult (~2-5 Business Days)
  Once onboarding is complete, you can select your Innerwell clinician and schedule your virtual Medical Consult. This appointment usually takes place within 2-5 business days, depending on clinician availability. During this appointment, your Psychiatric Clinician will evaluate if ketamine treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
   
• Step 3: Medication Delivery (~3-5 Business Days)
  If you are approved for treatment, the prescription for your first two ketamine doses will be sent to our partner pharmacy. You will receive UPS tracking information within 2-3 business days, and standard package delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
