Special delivery arrangements (e.g., to another in-state address or to a UPS Access Point/FedEx location) should be discussed and made during your appointments with your Psychiatric Clinician, who will indicate that your medication needs to be shipped to a different destination directly in your prescription.
If you need to make adjustments after your appointment has been completed, or once your prescription is en route, you can do so directly through the UPS/FedEx tracking page.
In other words, once you receive your tracking number, select “Change My Delivery” (UPS) or "Redirect package" (FedEx) (see below for an example). Note that for UPS, you will be directed to create a UPS MyChoice account (if you do not have one already) where you can change your delivery location, or delivery date or time for a small fee.
