No, we do not permit medication to be sent out-of-state. While we recognize that this policy may disrupt your treatment schedule or travel plans, sending medication across state lines introduces operational complexities and potential safety and regulatory risks for all parties involved.
However, we understand that life events may require travel. If you anticipate traveling out-of-state, please inform us as soon as possible. This will allow us to guide you through any necessary adjustments to your care program. Please provide details such as your destination, travel dates, reason for travel, and the name (and contact details) of your sitter directly to your Psychiatric Clinician, or email Member Support at care@helloinnerwell.com.
If you expect to be away for an extended period, you may also request to temporarily pause your treatment program.
