Can my medication be sent internationally?

No, we do not deliver medication internationally.

However, we understand that life events may require travel. If you anticipate traveling outside of the U.S., please inform us as soon as possible. This will allow us to guide you through any necessary adjustments to your care program. Please provide details such as your destination, travel dates, reason for travel, and the name (and contact details) of your sitter directly to your Psychiatric Clinician, or email Member Support at care@helloinnerwell.com.

If you expect to be away for an extended period, you may also request to temporarily pause your treatment program.
