When should I expect my medication?

You can expect your medication to ship within 2-3 business days from meeting with your clinician and them approving you to proceed with the program. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as we receive it from our compounding pharmacy partner.

As a reminder, an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the package.
