When should I expect my medication?

You can expect your medication to ship within 2-3 business days from meeting with your clinician and them approving you to proceed with the program. You will receive tracking information via text and/or email, depending on your communication preferences, as soon as we receive it from our compounding pharmacy partner.

As a reminder, an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the package.
